Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
